Ingredients:
1 chicken breast cut in thin 200 grams of peeled shrimp
5 grains fish ball cut in two
5 pieces of cabbage leaf
10 strands of chopped mustard greens caisim
3 stalks chopped leaves unhampered
souzzis
meatball
1 stalk celery chopped
3 tomatoes halved four part
1 onion halved four part
2 carrots cut in thin diagonal
3 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons tomato sauce
4 tablespoons corn starch / cornstarch
Salt to taste
Pepper powder to taste
Seasonings to taste
Processing Method:
1. Saute garlic until fragrant yellow and smelly.
2. Enter once chicken,souzzis, meatball and shrimp, stir until half cooked.
3. Add a glass of water.
4. After boiling put carrots, fish balls and other vegetables.
5. Stir continuously while adding the tomato sauce, salt, pepper and seasonings.
6. Once it's taste, enter the liquid sago flour / cornstarch.
7. Immediately remove from the heat.
8. Serve while warm.
Note: Cap cay which is delicious when still crunchy vegetables.
